What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.
We do not accept credit cards or Paypal.
Are you vaccinated?
Yes, Kohei and Sayuri are both fully vaccinated and received their booster shot. Face masks are also worn to insure the most mutual protection.
Do you offer housekeeping services?
No, we are currently not accepting new housekeeping clients.
How do you pronounce your names?
Kohei is pronounced "Ko-hey" and is the husband and owner of the business. His wife, Sayuri's name is pronounced "Suh-yu-lee". We understand perfectly we don't have easy names to remember (or pronounce) so please don't feel bad asking us over and over again. If all else fails, just call us "K" and "S".
Are you insured?
We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
Who will actually be coming to clean?
Just Kohei and Sayuri! Occasionally, we will have a helper but for the most part, the husband-wife duo will be serving you!
